JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing banking operations at the assigned branch. Supervising subordinate staff, the individual will ensure adherence to established operating policies and procedures related to deposit acceptance, loan issuance, safekeeping facilities, and cash transactions. Additionally, the role involves preparing and submitting annual budgets and work plans, with subsequent implementation upon approval.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Candidates should possess a BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience A minimum of 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years at a supervisory level.
