SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Human Resource Assistant will oversee all HR-related activities at the factory located in Adama Industrial Park. This role, based in Adama, reports to the Human Resource Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the business with HR-related activities and procedures
  • Take charge of all Human Resources activities within the factory
  • Implement and uphold Group and Regional HR policies, processes, and tools in collaboration with regional HR teams
  • Apply local policies and processes in alignment with Global and Regional Policies and adhere to local legal requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR activities align with the business strategy
  • Ensure legal, compliance, and governmental commitments are met
  • Establish a well-understood foundation of HR elements within the organization, covering contracts, yPOD, KIT, Competence Development, etc.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in any field of study
  • No experience required
