JOB SUMMERY
Essential Function
- Prepare different utility and maintenance payment orders
- Follow up different maintenance works
- Record any general service duties in a log book
- Encode data in fuel management system software
- Assist with budget preparation
- Assist in monitoring fuel consumptions
- Assist in supervising fleet management
- Perform other related duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENT
Graduate of Year 2024 & 2023 with BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration and any other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- No prior experience is required.
- Age ≤ 25
- Exit Exam is required
Place of Work: – Addis Ababa
