Job Description
An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company for the role of Process Team Leader. We work with the world’s most cherished trademark; invest in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus.
The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager: Process and Responsible for leading and supervising the operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities. In addition to this, the incumbent is responsible for leading a group of people consisting of operators and technicians.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise Syrup Room Manufacturing Plant, Water & Waste Water Treatment plants.
- Lead and supervise people.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply and implement SHEQ standards.
- Supervise and manage equipment.
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related field of studies with at least 3 years relevant experience in the Food Processing area.
