JOB REQUIREMENT
- Qualification:BA Degree in Human Resource Management /Management or other related field of study from a recognized University.
- Experience:A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience; 2 of which as senior officer or equivalent
- Insurance business experience preferable
The following additional qualities & abilities required
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of human resource management of the Company;
- Develops human resource and succession plans and programs in collaboration with relevant work units;
- Prepares training plans based on need assessment findings and available training budget;
- Provides technical advice to employees or managers on human resource management issues;
- Prepares annual budget and periodic performance reports and submits to supervisor
