Awash Bank invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.
1.Position: Principal – Enterprise Architect Officer (V. No HO/00749/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems plus a minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in IT and banking sector.
·     Knowledge of architectural methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or FEAF.
Knowledge of various IT domains such as cloud computing, data analytics, security, networking or software development.
Job Summary: The jobholder is responsible for supporting the enterprise architecture to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives. She/he undertakes analysis as to how to integrate new technology and its effect on current infrastructure.

2.Position: Principal – Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer (V. No HO/00750/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or related field preferably in Marketing/Digital Marketing plus a minimum of eight (8) years related experience. Training on Digital Marketing (added advantage) and Masters in a Business-related course (added advantage)
Should at minimum possess:
–       Knowledge of SEO and web optimization
–       Familiarity with data analytics tools with Experience in creative content creation
–       Marketing communication, and digital communication.
Understanding of social media platforms & Knowledge of Digital Campaign management
Job Summary:
The job holder should at a minimum possess Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques, Basic Computer Knowledge, Broadcast medias and advertisement basic knowledge, Marketing & customer relationship management,

3.Position: Principal – Vendor Management Officer (V. No HO/00751/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT and banking areas. Masters in IT-related field (added advantage). Professional Certificates in IT areas (an added advantage).
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for developing and implementing vendor management strategies, policies, and processes that ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of vendor services and products. The jobholder also leads and manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance, and risk.

4.Position: Principal – Operational and Asset & Liability Risk Management Officer (V. No HO/00752/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or related/Masters in concentration on Financial Services Law and Regulation plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in compliance or operational risk in financial service industry.
Job Summary:
The Job holder is responsible for planning and coordinating the operational and asset & liability risk management; conducts continuous assessment of risk levels in relation to liquidity, market, and operational risks s/he is involved in developing system for the risk identification and measurement, proposes operational and asset & liability risk limits for various operational level.

Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible to implement and manage the social media and digital marketing strategy that promote the Bank’s brand, products and services; maintain a brand’s online presence and sales by managing marketing message on various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing. S/he builds a corporate image by delivering a strong and cohesive marketing message to public.

6.Position: Senior – Information Security Governance, Compliance and Risk Management Officer (V. No HO/00754/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems plus minimum of 6 years’ experience in information security organizations and/or banking areas.
·     Professional Certificates Information Security Administration, Standards and Frameworks.
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for the day to day information security governance and risk management activities. She/he is responsible for security policy and procedure, training, Compliance audit and technology risk assessment. In addition, he/ she is shall participate in tailoring the cybersecurity awareness program and involve in delivering awareness training and thereby increasing the understanding of cyber threats among the Bank’s community. Moreover, he /she is responsible in ensuring the industry standard certification processes are conducted as planned.

7.Position: Senior – Cybersecurity Analyst (V. No HO/00755/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems plus a minimum of Six (6) years’ experience and must have 1 or 2 professional certificates in ethical Hacking, Network security and information Security areas.
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that the Bank’s systems and infrastructures are safe and secure. He/she is responsible in playing a leading role in discharging periodic security assessment engagements. She/he is responsible for the planning, designing, and selection of information security assessment approaches and use of security testing tools. She/he is responsible to Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and external partners, regarding security assessment findings.

8.Position: Senior – Enterprise Architect (V. No HO/00756/24)
Qualification & Experience:

Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for supporting business intelligence and data analytics activities in the Bank. He/she identifies and pursues strategic opportunities to enable the Bank to grow profitably, continuously meet or exceed customer expectations and stay ahead of competitors and potential disruptors.
11.Position: Graphic Design & E -Media Content Developer (V. No HO/00759/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information Systems plus a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SEO and web optimization & Familiarity with data analytics tools.
Job Summary:
The job holder should at a minimum possess excellent skill in visual composition, Basic computer knowledge, graphic design & software knowledge.
12.Position: Information Security Governance and Risk Management Officer II (V. No HO/00760/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information Systems plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Professional certifications in Information Security area like vulnerability Management, Ethical Hacking and related.
13.Position: Cyber Security Analyst II (V. No HO/00761/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information Systems plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Professional certifications in Information Security standards, frameworks and information security administration.(added advantage)

14.Position: Cyber Security Engineer (V. No HO/00762/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information Systems plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in cyber security areas.
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for securing data, networks, and computer systems of the Bank. She/he is responsible for implementing security measures and administering security solutions, and working proactively to prevent future cyber threats. She/he also collaborates with other security engineers to design and implement secure systems and networks based on industry best practices and organizational requirements
15.Position: CCTV Camera Monitor Officer (V. No HO/00763/24)
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Electronics or related fields.
–       Technical certification in CCTV, Camera & Videography & IT (added advantage).
Certificate of Police/Military, and other security (added Advantage). Plus, a minimum of Two (2) years’ experience as a police/military and security.
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible for installing and maintaining and operating video surveillance systems and maintaining closed-circuit television systems. commonly work with video cameras, monitors, recording devices, networking equipment, and other related hardware to ensure that these systems are functioning properly at all times and troubleshoot problems with the system or its components. This might involve anything from replacing broken parts to diagnosing software issues or other technical difficulties.
16.Position: Administrative Assistant I (V. No HO/00764/24)
Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Administrative Services Management and Information Technology or related field plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service
