Habesha share company is registered as a cement producer in Ethiopia. The company has a cement plant in operational since its inauguration in mid-January 2017. Currently, the plant has a capacity of producing 3,000 tons of clinker which translates to 1.2 million tons of cement per year at full operation.
Position 1: Manager, CAPEX Projects
Purpose of the Job:
- To improve quality and reduce cost of successful capital projects by delivering ‘’best in class’’ projects that meets strict safety, quality, capital and schedule requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage projects of varying complexity that span organizational boundaries and is responsible for their successful delivery.
- Ensure that projects are conducted at the highest quality, within time and budget, and that the risk level is managed.
- Coordinate and supervise project execution related activities, from initiation to close out (hand-over).
- Meet the project scope, status, and responsible for controlling.
- Interface with major projects/initiatives at the specific site.
- Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing organization and industry standards.
- Coordinates all stakeholders.
Generic Duties of the Position:
- Develop and implement the Division’s plans and objectives.
- Develop, approve and monitor the Division’s budgets.
- Identify human resources requirements of the Division and develop plan for meeting the requirements.
- Develop, implement and review relevant divisional policies and procedures.
- Review, approve and submit Divisional reports to relevant organs.
- Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, on-going performance dialogue and feedback.
- Manage disciplinary concerns of the Division’s staff.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial positionOr
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which four (4) years in a managerial position.

Position 2: Civil Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
- To support the successful completion of CAPEX projects by designing and delivering integrated civil engineering solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute civil works by studying architectural drawings of the project.
- Supervise outsourced civil construction works of the CAPEX project.
- Work with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
- Perform routine and non-routine civil related maintenance on CAPEX projects.
- Determine civil construction costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields with three (3) years of direct related experience.

Position 3: Senior Creative Brand and Promotion Officer
Main duties & responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the brand’s identity, voice, and positioning in the market.
- Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Design and execute creative promotional campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to maximize reach and impact.
- Develop compelling content for promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice and engages the audience effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to inform branding strategies and promotional tactics.
- Manage the brand’s social media presence, creating engaging posts and responding to audience interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or a related role; experience in creative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.

Position 4: Marketing & Research deputy manager
Main duties & responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for product development, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and develop strategic marketing plans.
- Identify target markets and create customer segmentation strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 12/10 years of experience in marketing, market research, or a related field with 3 years managerial experience.

Position 5: senior digital marketing officer
Main duties & responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Develop high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Ensure all content is optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor interactions, and respond to audience inquiries.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools.
- Prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Research competitors and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Partner with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized projects.
Qualifications:
