1. HPE Teacher

Educational Background/Qualification 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as HPE teacher
  • Ability to motivate students and create interest
  • Strong interpersonal and instructional skills
  • Appropriate communication skills for elementary schools.
  • Good physical shape

2. Music Teacher

Educational Background/Qualification 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in music or related field.
  • Ability to play guitar and other musical instruments
  • Ability to teach students how to play musical instruments
  • Experience as a music teacher
  • Appropriate communication skills for elementary schools.

3. Procurement Agent

Educational Background/Qualification  

Job Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field. First degree in Procurement Management/ Supplies Management/ Purchasing Management/Management/Business Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/ Marketing Management and 4 years related work experience
  • Proven experience as a purchasing agent or relevant role
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong analytical mindset

4. Computing Teacher

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years teaching experience preferably in international school.
  • Excellent classroom management skills..
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

5. PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER (MATHEMATICS)

Job Requirements:

  • Appropriate degree, with primary education teacher training (in Mathematics education)
  • Effective implementation of learning and teaching strategies to achieve appropriately set teaching objectives that are in line with curriculum goals.
  •  Understanding of how children at the ages for primary schooling develop and learn.
  • Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children, in accordance with all relevant safeguarding polices and practice.
  •  Knowledge and experience of how to use of IT effectively in promoting pupil learning.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of teaching in international school is a bonus.
  •  Effective communication and engagement with parents.
  •  Previous experience of teaching children is necessary.

6. Educational Counseling, Counselor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree in Counseling Psychology/ Certification from a recognized counseling association.
  • Proven experience working as a School Counselor, preferably within an International School.
  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges they may face
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with pupils and adults
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals, including students, parents, and the senior leadership team.
  • Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling services to children and teenagers.
  •  Strong organizational skills and Effective problem-solving skills.

7. Security Guards

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • High school diploma

8. Janitors

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous janitorial experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
  • Good physical condition and strength.
  • Knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols.

 

9.  School Nurse

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Certification as a School Nurse (CSN).
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of pediatric health and developmental issues.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and emergencies calmly.
  • Knowledge of local and federal health regulations.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

10. Admission Officer

Job Requirements:

  • First degree in marketing management/ Business Management and related field. 4 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

11. Teaching Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods
  • Experience as a Teacher Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A love for teaching and the ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents
  • BSc in a related field is preferred

12. Finance Officer

Qualification

  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations

13. Student Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience in student supervisor or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of responsibility are required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

14. General Services Division

Qualification

  • First degree in Public Administration/ Business Management/ Management/ Personnel Management/ Business Administration and 4 years relevant working experience, of which 2 years as division head/ section head or on other supervisory position (s)

Or

  • University/ College/TVET (10+3) diploma in Human Resource Management/ Management and 8 years related work experience, of which 3 as division head/ section head or on other supervisory position (s)

15. HR Officer

Job Requirements:

  • BSc BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

16. Life skill Teacher

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in teaching.
  • Current state certification as a teacher.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, such as MS Office.

17. Office Assistant

Qualifications:

  • BSc. In related field
  • Experience as secretary
  • Ability to perform a variety of secretarial and administrative assistant duties
  • Ability to assist in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Ability to complete work with interruptions

18. Executive Secretary

Job Requirements:

  • University /College/ TVET (10+3) diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ Office Administration & Secretarial Technology and 5 years relevant working experience

19. Teaching, School Head

Qualification

  • PhD or Masters or Bachelors in Education Administration or a similar field.
  • Experience:5 or 8 or 12 years as a Head of School or similar position in international schools
  • Experience in developing and implementing educational strategies and plans.
  • Proficient in MS Office and education management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to act as a role model.

20. Art Teacher

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
  • Prior teaching experience in art. International school experience will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital art and graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of art history and contemporary art trends.
  • State teaching certification or licensure.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring creativity in students.
