Electro-Mechanical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Design of Power supply and control system;
2. Preparation of bid proposals for services and supply of products;
3. Coordination of electromechanical construction supervision projects;
4. Organize regular customer’s visit and compile report;
5. Maintain database of Contracts, follow up progress and send timely reports / feedback to customers and suppliers.
6. Input on Planning and scheduling construction work;
7. Assisting in preparation of construction documents;
8. Reviewing construction documents and drawings
9. Resolving Electro-mechanical issues and Professional concerns;
10. Preparing Project schedule as assigned;
11. Providing Guidance and Direction to Team members;
12. Assist in Preparation to Execute Contract;
13. Assist in Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring:
14. Carry out adequate contract appreciation and verify that contractual terms are followed;
15. Recognize risks and devise risk-mitigation strategies within each Contract;
16. Prepare letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties;
17. Follow up on the good working condition of all project vehicles and generators and coordinate all maintenance activities for all vehicles owned, rented or provided for b Clients to different project;
18. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and coordinator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. A Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical; Minimum of 1 year Experience;
2. Well articulated writer and presenter with very good office work discipline ;
3. Punctual, team player and leadership capabilities that are outstanding;
