Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
Assist during payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, and work Schedule)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualifications/Experience :
BS degree in Business Administration/Human resources or related fields
1-2 years experience
Skills
:
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize
Knowledge of labor proclamation
Advanced MS Excel skills,
Excellent interpersonnel skills
Problem-solving skills
Excellent skills in professionalism, and reporting
Excellent verbal communication skills
