Cold calling, using a given phone directory to sell products
Following up on warm leads (potential clients)
Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
Evaluating and suggesting modifications to the sales script
Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information
Utilizing Sales force, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Identifying prospect’s needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Building long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Reporting to the sales manager with products of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. (Fluency in English is mandatory)
Flexibility to work in different time zones
Basic computer skill
