Job Description East Africa Bottling Share Company is a Coca-Cola Franchise Bottler in Ethiopia under Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA). We have four production plants in Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Bahir Dar and Sebeta with an aggressive expansion plan throughout the country, with more than 2,500 employees.


Currently we have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are prepared to work with passion and focus and who want to join our Graduate-in-Trainee Program.


The program will provide graduates with an opportunity to be trained for a maximum of eighteen months on in- house, external and practical training programs. while spending 70% of their training programs on the job with close coaching and mentoring with seasoned professionals and in classroom training to help them acquire comprehensive technical and soft skills.


The Graduate-in-Trainee will be on the job and class room training for a period of 12–18 months . During this period, trainees are exposed to different functions of the company to get oriented with the overall operation with a detailed focus on their areas of specialization. Trainees’ will be offered employment in different positions suitable to their qualification based on their successful completion of the program.

Skills, Experience & Education
    • Bachelor of Art in Management, Economics and Business Adminstration, with a CGPA of 2.75 and above.
    • 2.75 CGPA is the minimum requirement to apply for the role (the company may decide/change the minimum CGPA for shortlisting based on the number of applicants).
    • Only graduates of 2015 Ethiopian Calendar or graduates of 2023  in Gregorian Calendar will be considered.

The position is structured to report to the Warehouse Manager and the Incumbent is responsible to manage all warehouse activities.The role holder also manage the store keeper and forklift operators  and supervise in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse function.

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Manage the Operational team in the execution of all inbound and outbound movement.


2. Manage an effective and accurate Production Interface.


3. Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping.


4. Manage the effective execution of system transactions and perform end-of shift reconciliations.


5. People management: Manage team and own performance.
Skills, Experience & Education First Degree in Accounting/ Logistics & supplies Chain Management/Management/Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
