Job Summary: –
Provide an efficient and effective financial service
Key Responsibilities
- Perfect Recording of cash book transactions & Daily reconciliation of sales vs Cash Collections.
- Time and Accurate Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
- Reconciliation of the Company’s Sales Record and ERCA.
- Continuous follow-up of Outstanding Purchase Orders
- Proper and Timely Invoicing of Goods Receiving Notes.
- Effective in Honoring and Applying the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Accurate and Timely processing of Suppliers’ payment
- Processing Employees payroll & Other Payments for Staffs.
- Follow-up, Settlement and Clearing of Staff Accounts.
- Reconciliation of Suppliers’ & Customers’ Balance that fall within responsibility and Get Monthly confirmation.
- Follow the Accuracy of Container transfer in & out related to Sales
- Being responsible for proper handling and management of Files with in area of his/her responsibility.
- Provide Documents & Other Facilities to Internal & External Auditors.
- Working as a Team for Superior Results
- Clearing Abnormal Accounts.
- Perform any other professional and any ad-hoc duties within reasonable expectations that may be assigned by the Finance Manager and His/her Immediate Supervisor.
About You
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum of 3 Years accounting experience in FMCG industry
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Accounting packages)

- Good Understanding of Company’s Policy & Procedures & Most importantly Tax Laws
