Addis International Bank S.C. (AdIB) seeks to hire qualified and competent professionals for the following positions on a permanent basis:


1. Manager, Construction and Design Division

  • Qualification: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 6/8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, with 2/3 years in a principal officer role or 3/4 years in senior officer roles.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Vacancy: 1 position.

2. Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years in banking, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Location: Bensa Daye (Sidama), Dire Dawa, Shire.
  • Vacancies: 3 positions.

3. Senior Construction and Design Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with 2 years in an officer role.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Vacancy: 1 position.

4. Senior MIS Officer

  • Qualification: BSc/BA in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector, with 2 years in an officer role.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Vacancy: 1 position.

5. Construction and Design Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a junior officer position.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Vacancy: 1 position.

6. Attorney

  • Qualification: LLB in Law.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in legal services.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Vacancy: 1 position.

7. Digital Banking Technology Support Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a junior officer role, preferably in banking.
  • Location: Head Office.

8. Programmer/System Analyst

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of programming experience, with at least 1 year in a junior officer role, preferably in the banking sector.

9. MIS Officer

10. Hardware Engineer

11. Procurement Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Purchasing, or related fields.
