1. Workshop supervisor
Description:
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities.
The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. He/She will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.
The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities;
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Requirements
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Experience
Two or more years Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
2. Reception

Description: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax printers,copy machines)
Professional attitude and appearance

Description: Forcast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customer skills, needs needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate new leads
Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Experience:
Any degree with a minimum 1 year experience as realstate sales or similar role

Description: Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Conducting market research
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events.
Updating documents and sales
Observing and carrying out sales processes.
