Position 1: Senior IT Security Administrator
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the security of the Bank’s information assets and technology resources through developing and implementing security policies & procedures.
Generic Functions:
- Implement and maintain security controls;
- Identify and solve potential and actual security problems;
- Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements;
- Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements;
- Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breach does occur;
- Monitor and ensure that the Bank’s information technology resources are appropriately protected from unauthorized destruction, alteration and access;
Specific Functions:
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
- Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;
- Implement timely corrective action on deficiencies and issues that have been raised or reported by different internal and external regulatory bodies;
- Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields.
- Experience: Five /5/ years of relevant experience preferably in the banking industry of which Two/2 years in an officer position

Position 2: Senior MIS Officer
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure all reporting needs of the business team meet regulatory requirements, and track performance and decision-making in a timely manner.
Generic Functions:
- Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know-how, when, and which to use.
- Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision-making.
- Assist in the development of key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide the foundation for continuous improvement.
- Build self-service reporting platforms, establishing automated processes for large-scale data analysis.
- Understand and write high-quality queries to retrieve and analyze data.
Specific Functions:
- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely.
- Analyze findings and work with other departments to meet their requirements.
- Participate in implementing new or upgraded of data analysis software.
- Manage and Administer data management system
- Ensure the system’s availability at all times.
- Perform performance tuning activity to ensure the services are up and running at all times.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: B.Sc.in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields.
- Experience: Five /5/ years of demonstrated experience.

Position 3: Customer Service Executive II
Essential Functions:
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Generic Functions:
- Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross-sell the bank’s positive image to the community;
- Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;
- Provide services as per the service level agreement;
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
- Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
- Adhere to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank;
Specific Functions:
- Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
- Administer the Primary Vault dually with Branch Operation Manager/ Branch Manager;
- Receive, verify, lodge and withdraw cash to/from Primary and Secondary Vault;
- Receive or dispatch consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;
- Verify the daily cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped and initialed
- Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers,
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
