Assistant Front office Manager, oversee the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments and responsible for supervising and ensuring current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.

Job Requirements

  • B.A/B.Sc Degree in Relevant fields of study
  • A Minimum of 5 Years in Front office experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector of which 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • High level of commercial awareness and communication skill
  • Passion to the profession and ability to work with different work Units.
  • Proficiency, at a basic level, with computers and computer programs, Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of the hotel software- Opra is mandatory.
