Position 1: Travel Consultant
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized travel planning and booking services to clients.
Conduct research on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packages.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any business field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a travel consultant agency.
Marketing experience is required
Basic Computer skills needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using travel industry software and booking tools.
Gender: priority for Female
Position 2: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the travel consultant team.
Handle incoming calls and emails.
Maintain office records and files.
Assist with travel document preparation and processing.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
diploma/Degree in any field.
Marketing experience is required
Digital marketing and graphic design knowledge is a better advantage.
Experience in a travel consultant agency is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Gender: priority for Female
salary will be based on the company’s scale.
