Job Summary
Lead and serve as the custodian of brand strategy by developing and implementing short and long-term brand strategy and the category plan, its periodic revision, and executing category marketing activities to achieve targets, increase brand affinity, market share, volume, and timely implementation of brand plans for the Beer category.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop brand calendars from brand strategies
- Issues business briefs to agencies
- Manages the relationship with agencies
- Works with cross-functional teams for the timely execution and launch of marketing campaigns
- Evaluate the health of Castel & Meta Beer Brands and issue brand letters every month
- Responsible for Marketing Budget Management and Brand P&L
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Proven agency and budget management skills Analytical skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Communication & negotiation skills
Education
The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management Business Administration Business Management Management Business leadership Public Administration or a related field of studies
Experience
6 plus years of experience with a proven track record in brand management or related field
