- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Ethiopost’s online presence and drive customer engagement.
- Identify and analyze market trends to develop effective digital marketing plans.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital assets, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- SEO and SEM:
- Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and paid search campaigns.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage community engagement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize digital analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and engage with existing customers.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows to ensure targeted and personalized communications.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on budget expenditures and campaign performance.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance Ethiopost’s digital marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
