Job Description
- Installing compressors in new facilities or replacing existing equipment in existing facilities
- Reviewing blueprints and sketches to determine equipment specifications
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements
- Repairing leaking valves, broken hoses, damaged pumps, and other mechanical parts
- Installing new equipment or replacing old equipment with newer technology as needed
- Repairing equipment that has been damaged by fire, flood, or other natural disasters
- Installing and repairing air conditioners, heaters, humidifiers, and other equipment used to control environmental conditions in buildings
- Inspecting equipment to identify potential safety hazards or other issues that could lead to equipment failure
- Daily recording running hours of compressors.
- Aware to read drawings for spare parts requisition timely.
- Closely monitor spare parts availability in warehouse.
- Document record keeping of preventive maintenance schedule.
- Housing keeping habits.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with five (5) years of directly related experience
