Cost and Budget Head
Job Description:
Our Company SBG industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced and aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, check and post Production and Consumption Reports on a daily basis.
Collect, check completeness and post all inventory and warehouse related documents (except sales related once) on a daily basis.
Reconcile and Report Supplier Data with Actual Records in terms of both cost and quantity on a weekly basis.
Reconcile all Inventory Subsidiary Balances with their respective General Ledger Balances and Report on a monthly basis.
Prepare Inventory Taking Report of all warehouses on a monthly basis within two days after the end of each month in E.C.
Reconcile and Report Stock Movement of all warehouses on a weekly basis.
Collect and Check GIT Documents, Prepare Cost Build-up Sheets, update GIT Subsidiary and GL Accounts on a daily basis.
Prepare Cost and Cash Requirement Estimations of Import Items based on Information provided from supervisors.
Prepare a Cost Allocation Sheet of Labour and Overhead Costs, Compute Unit Costs and Update Production Costs within 5 days after the end of each month in E.C.
Update and Reconcile Fixed Asset Register with GL Accounts and Report on a monthly basis within 5 days after the end of each month in E.C.
Prepare and Report Financial Analysis like Variance, Cost Benefit, Trend, etc. on a monthly basis within 7 days after the end of each month in E.C.
Performs other job related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Required educational background & work experience:
BA degree in Accounting, Basic Computer Application and Peachtree Accounting and above 5 years related work experience
Competencies /Knowledge, Ability and Skill/Needed Attributes:
The job holder is expected to have very good ability to interact and positively influence others
The job holder is expected to have ability to effectively describe and explain issues and events; competence to express ideas clearly in writing or otherwise.
The job holder is expected to be a first mover and actively tries to influence events to achieve goals; a self-starter who tries to achieve goals beyond minimal levels of performances.
The job holder is expected to maintain high and acceptable level of ethical standard.
The job holder is expected to set stretched level of performance, not satisfied with average performance.
