CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER-I FOR AGARO BRANCH UNDER JIMMA AREA OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
- Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience
-
- 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
