Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.

Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience
- - 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
