Job Summary

The District Relationship Officer – Digital & Agency is responsible for driving business growth in digital and agency sales by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers within the assigned district. The role includes sustaining customer satisfaction, cross-selling other bank products and services, and promoting the growth of digital business through advertising, personal selling, customer education, and promotional activities.


Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration & Information System, Management Information System, Marketing, or any other related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or a customer contact role.

  • Strong leadership skills to foster teamwork, develop and motivate staff, and provide direction to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to lead and influence change initiatives that support business strategies.
  • Strong business acumen.

Technical Competency Requirements

  • Relationship management skills to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Retail and MSME banking products.
  • Thorough understanding and application of banking policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in service management and customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the bank’s clients and their needs.
