Job Overview
The District Relationship Officer – IFB is responsible for driving business growth in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) by offering high-quality relationship management to both new and existing customers within the assigned district. This role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services, fostering customer retention, and expanding relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
Professional Training:
- Relevant training in banking operations, including IFB, domestic, credit, and international banking.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
