Position: Customer Relationship Manager – IFB
Minimum Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of study with 6 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Head Office (IFB Department)

Position: Financing and Investment Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Head Office (IFB Department)

Position: IT System and Network Security Management Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification: BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Work: Head Office

Position: Trainee Banker
Minimum Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study. Candidates must have a CGPA of 3.00 or above for females and 3.25 or above for males. An exit exam result of 50% and above is mandatory, and a Grade 8 certificate is required. Age must be below 30 years, with a graduation year of 2024 only and no prior experience.
Place of Work: Tigray Region

Salary and Benefits: As per the bank’s scale.
Term of Employment: Permanent.
