Position 1: Senior Human Capital Officer

Job Description

Job Requirement

Education: BA in Human Resource Management/Management
Work Experience: 3 years as Human Capital Officer II or equivalent or 6 years relevant experience in the Banking industry OR
2 years as Senior Human Capital Officer or equivalent or 7 years relevant experience

Position 2: Manager, Grade D

Job Description

Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

Education: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent or 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Position 3: Assistant Manager, CS & Operation

Job Description

Manages the teller function, new accounts, ATM balancing, night depository processing, Brinks processing, and customer service activities.

Job Requirement

Education: BA in Management or Accounting

Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Place of Work: Adama

Position 4: Branch Manager, Grade C

Job Description
