Now Moti is looking for competent Human Resource Officer, for immediate vacant filling (hire).

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures the right process of recruitment and selection to get the right candidate as required;
Organize and ensures the efficient monthly payroll inputs and on time salary payments;
To disseminate, voice and Advice staff members at all offices, on company HRM policies and procedures awareness and ensures the right implementation.
Oversees and ensures incompliance of company code of conduct, code of dressing and being on the right office ethics.
To Prepare various HR reports.
Oversees and conduct instant supervision on level of offices at working hours to ensures in compliance of company policy and procedures;
Proposes the Job title, placement and salary for recruited staff including orientation and introduction, in consultation with DPT manager;
Handles staff exit management and related activities, ensures exit interview is filled by departing staff and ensures that their clearance is complete;
Coordinate manpower requests of Departments at HQ and Regional level; lead the Job description and specification development of required position;
Manage and follows the appropriate announcement /posting/ media for vacancies, proper registration, screening and appropriate steps of selection tests.
Coordinate and conduct written, interview and other assessments with corresponding DPT managers.
Schedule interviews taking into account time management and team availability
Maintain interview tracking database to track all candidates and develop candidate pool for future use,
Organize & Attend meetings of (employment, promotion, discipline & other) committee vote-less,  Keeps and edit minutes of meeting & made to be signed promptly in consultation with HRM.
Attend Negotiation with selected candidates & issue an offer letter dually signed to confirm acceptance of the offer.
Participates in review of Human Resources development policies, systems, strategies, and prepares, compiles and document various periodical HR reports;
Participates in the preparation of staff orientation as per manual, succession planning and staff retention on established rules & guidelines;
Propose HR / Admin services out sourcing, Assisting in contract preparation and arranges necessary on services outsourcing, when it approved;
Follows the right implementation of contracts (Services and supplies) and facilitate the Optimal utilization of those  services’
Participate in processing consultancy service proposal, agreement and report on progress;
Oversees payments according to the agreed payment installments
Prepare periodic HR Reports & statistics;
Assist DPT Manager in consolidating the annual HR related report to the General Manager Office & operational plan preparation.
Ensures that functional managers/ departments  are periodically updated their status of staffing need /requests;
Take delegation, Travel to branch offices to enhance HR procedures / practices as well as disseminate remunerations, benefits and welfare information of staff;
Handles employee relation services;
Assists Legal Advisor and the HRM  on court cases;
Performs other related tasks as required.

Salary:   As company scale and negotiable on earning history of candidate

Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in HR Management, management, foreign language or in any related social science field of study; and
2 & above years’ experiences in HR Mgt., out of which 1 years must be on similar job position (HR officer) is required,
knowledge of HR Management principles and practices; of office practices and procedures
knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law and other applicable laws
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously /at once; ability to maintain good working relationship
Excellent in all office package and other software usages skill.
Confidentiality, honesty, quality of work are from very important skills.
Excellent writing skill in English and Amharic languages, & strong communication in both language is mandatory;
Strong problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, punctuality are required;
Professional & principled personality, and able to plan & perform his/her duties without close supervision.
Very good communication, persuasive, negotiating and presentation skill at two languages (English & Amharic).
Skill how to organize & facilitate team function and to create well oriented team environment.
