Our company ‘’ZY Industry PLC’’ is engaged in the field of mining and it is a company that is helping the construction work in our city by producing gravel products and supplying them to various private construction companies and government institutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payments and documents such as checks, Payment vouchers, invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements
- Preparing monthly payroll sheet, Review payroll journals for accuracy and prepare related payroll accounting entries.
- Determine content and assemble data in order to prepare monthly reports for review
- Provide assistance to all staff services such as travel, expense claims, document retrieval,
- Collecting daily bank payment and deposit advice and monthly bank statement
- Filing and keeping all financial documents
- Collecting financial documents from production site and filing properly
- Assist senior accountants with reviewing of expenses and payroll records
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings processes
- Perform other related duties as required.
