Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content across various platforms, including website blogs, and social media to enhance customer engagement and the organization’s online presence
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads
- Content graphics and design: Design visually appealing concepts for promotional activities and effective marketing materials including toolkits, brochures, and presentations
- Brand Voice and Consistency: Collaborate with the internal team to maintain the presence and reputation of the company on online and offline platforms and align with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual style, maintaining a consistent brand image
- Event planning and management: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our services and attract potential clients
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Requirements
- BA degree in marketing management, business administration, Software engineering, and related fields
- 0-2 years of Proven experience in digital and integrated marketing programs and positions
- Knowledge of Graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, WordPress, and applications including Web analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
- Creative thinking, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Note: Demonstrable graphic design skills are mandatory
