Description:
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules, specifications & BOQ to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Monitor and control project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports.
- Conduct formal appraisals of real property or land.
- Evaluate properties to establish market values and property ratings using internal and external sources.
- Examine all variables that impact the property’s present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments etc.)
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues or concerns.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as an office engineer or similar role
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction software is also required
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- BSC degree in civil engineering, construction manages & related fields.
Education & Experience:
- BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management in 1 year or above working
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Asset Valuation or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
- Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
