The major objective of this Management trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for future leadership careers.
Responsibilities
- Participating in classroom or on-the-job training actively.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Compiling reports and making presentations
- Providing new ideas for improvement of our operation
- Bringing positive energy into the company, and building enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.
Job Requirements
Education
- BA Degree graduates in Marketing, Management, Economics, Management and other related qualifications from reputable Universities in 2022/2023 with a CGPA of above 2.5 for both Males & Females.
