About the Job
- Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of specific strategic initiatives under the direction of the Director.
- Track the progress of strategic programs/initiatives/projects and report on their status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Analyze the internal and external business environment to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the development of strategic goals, including the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for various departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure that strategic initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Participate in the annual planning and budgeting process by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct semi-annual reviews of plans and budgets, proposing necessary amendments to align with evolving circumstances and strategic priorities.
- Ensure the implementation of annual plans and budgets remains on track throughout the year.
- Participate in the preparation of performance reports that are clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Take part in M&E-related training programs in collaboration with the Human Capital Management Department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
- Required Qualification:
- MSc, MA, BSc, or BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Required Experience:
- 9 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, with 2 years as Principal Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer or equivalent.
- Required Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities.
