Essential Functions:
Job Position: Manager, Performance Management and Succession
Purpose of the Job: To develop, implement and embed effective performance management and succession planning practices across the bank to enable it to fully utilize the potential of its people and meet future and changing business needs.
Generic Functions:
- Develop, review and implement policies & procedures, plan /budget of the division
- Embody the bank’s good culture, corporate image to the public
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage disciplinary concerns
- Cultivate a working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and transparency among staffs
- Provide services as per the service level agreement, follow- up & monitor subordinates to do the same
- Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary.
Specific Functions:
- Develop, implement and monitor the Bank’s performance and succession management strategy and programs that are aligned with the HR strategy of the Bank
- Configure the bank’s performance management processes to equip employees with the required critical competencies at the specified proficiency levels required for successful role execution
- Develop and integrate competency frameworks within the Performance Management System
- Interact with departments to ensure personal balanced scorecard are developed and signed by the immediate supervisors
- Work with concerned organs to provide a rigorous and disciplined framework for assessing employee performance requirements, for rating actual performance against target/plan, for identifying key performance gaps; to bridge such gaps within acceptable timeframes
- Handle other related activities as deemed necessary

Job Requirement:
Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in HRM/Public Administration/Business Administration/Management or any other related field.
Experience: Seven/Nine 7/9 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/2 years on senior officer position. |
