About the Job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Study and Recommends the bank HR Policy and procedures.
- Study and recommends Major HR Milestones such as leadership development program, Employees Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Coaching Mentoring, Career Management and other talent programs.
- Study and recommends total compensation Package.
- As required, provides training on the Bank Major HR Milestones.
- Makes sure the HR initiatives and programs are properly implemented Bank wide.
About You
Education
MSC, MA, BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.
Requirements
9 years of experience in relevant position preferably in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal HCM Officer or equivalent position.
Work experience at organization and methods, and organization design reas is highly preferred.
