Position 1: Junior Accountant

  • Qualification : A minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance or other related fields.
  • Work Experience: Not required
  • Preferred Skills
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting
  • Knowledge using financial software such as Peachtree accounting and others
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • High ethical standard and moral value
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: As per company’s Scale & Benefit Packages

Position 2: Financial Auditor II

  • Qualification: A minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance/ or Business Administration and other related fields.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Financial Auditor
  • Preferred Skills
  • Professional integrity and high moral standard
  • Good level of knowledge about auditing procedures
  • Strong skills in analysis and synthesis
  • Good level of knowledge about IFRS
  • Good level of knowledge about accountancy software
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
  • Salary and Benefits: As per the company’s Scale & Procedure

Position 3: Senior Financial Auditor

  • Qualification: A minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance/ or Business Administration and other related fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years for first degree holders in Audit Service or Occupation; specially in core insurance operation, with at least 3-year service as Financial Auditor.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Professional integrity and high moral standard
  • Extensive knowledge in auditing procedures
  • Strong skills in analysis and synthesis
  • Good level of knowledge about IFRS
  • Good level of knowledge about accountancy software
  • Good level of knowledge about Ethiopian commercial laws
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 4: Assistant Director, ICT Service

  • Qualification:  A minimum of BA degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Information system or other related fields.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in Insurance (preferably ICT & System) with at least 4 years’ service at Managerial or supervisory level of, specifically, in Operations or Business Support or related areas.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Analyze workflows and delegate goals
  • Develop and maintain performance standards
  • Implement and monitor new projects
  • Make hiring decisions
  • Having good technology experience
  • Team work sprit
  • Good ethical behavior
  • Good customer handling and serving approach skill
  • Willingness to accept changes and implement it
  • No prior disciplinary records
  • Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload with flexible behavior; Computer Programming knowledge.
