Key duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain financial policy and financial control systems
- Participate on project annual budget preparation
- Checks that the payment request are made according to agreement and appropriate budget
- Ensure that required documentation and authorization is present to effect payment;
- Follow up project budget implementation and report to head office
- Maintain fixed asset of the project
- Prepare and send monthly, quarterly and annual financial report to head office
- Maintain office management
Job Requirement
Minimum Requirements:
- First Degree/Diploma in Accounting
- At least 2 years relevant in experience for Degree and 4 years for Diploma
- Basic computer skill (MS word and Excel etc )
Project Location: Berbere Woreda
Language: Knowledge of Local language is Advantageous
Remuneration: Salary is Negotiable.
Terms of Employment: Full time contractual employment for one year with high possibility of renewal.
