About the Job
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives for Ecommerce to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with product development teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success.
- Provide regular reports on business development progress, market trends, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopost’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
