Senior CSR Officer for Addis Ababa

Job Summary
Senior CSR officer is responsible in assisting the development & implementation of the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In addition, the role holder is in charge of raising public awareness of the Bank’s social responsibility commitment through marketing activities.
About You
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital/Online Marketing, Customer Experience and/or related fields.
Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Knowledge of Digital/Online/Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.
Keep track of fast-paced markets and be knowledgeable about the Bank’s clients and their needs.
Must keep up-to-speed with current affairs and new markets.
Creative design skills with the ability to interpret and influence design and advertising work to deliver on the spirit and feel of the brand.
