Essential Function
- Identify Training Needs: Conduct job analyses, performance reviews, and surveys of employees and managers to identify training needs
- Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and develop training programs that address identified needs and gaps.
- Deliver Comprehensive Training: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules, in compliance with the bank’s rules and regulations, and in response to demand.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through pre- and post-training assessments, and measure the impact on employee performance and productivity.
- Stay Updated: Stay current on the latest trends and developments in training and development.
- Ensuring trainings align with Bank Goals: Collaborate with other departments, districts, and branches to ensure that training programs align with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.
- Maintain Knowledge Management: Manage a repository of training materials and resources, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
- Perform Other Duties: As required.

- Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods.
- Proven experience in training and development, with a strong track record of successful program implementation.
- Experience in developing and implementing individual learning plans.
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Additional Consideration
- Relevant certifications in Training & Development (e.g., TOT certification from recognized organization) are advantageous.
- Experience in the specific industry or sector is also beneficial.
Job Requirement
- BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position
