Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Food Preparation
- Strong Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef Experience of 5 years and above
- Approaches food in a creative way
- Strong supervisory skills,
- Positive attitude and good communication skills,
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service,
- Excellent grooming standards,
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
