Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Officer
- Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
- Handles account management transactions
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Job Requirements
Educations
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.
Experience
5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank
Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
