Branch managers are responsible for the management of all the affairs related to a company in a specific geographic region or business branch. They receive indications from the headquarters, and depending on the structure of the company, they aim to implement the strategy of the company while adapting it to the market where the branch operates. They envision management of employees, communications, marketing efforts, and follow-up to results and objectives.
Call center representatives use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
- Qualification: BA in IT, Computer Science, BAIS, Marketing, Accounting, Management, any related field of studies,
- Work Experience and Skills: Has a minimum of one year experience in a similar position in a financial institution or Fintech.
Place of work: Head Office
Language skill: Knowledge of Ethiopian Somali languages is mandatory.
