Major Responsibility
Facilitate the planning and implementation of all JEOP activities of woreda by closely working with program team, commodity staff and stakeholders at woreda level.
Ensure the best management of food commodities as per the minimum commodity management standards by communicating and acting with commodity team at head office and woreda level.
Lead the planning and implementation of food distribution to project participants in a timely manner and to the best standard required by closely working with the commodity team at head office, regional and woreda level
Supervise and lead the commodity team at woreda level to insure best commodity management practice in warehousing and distribution to project participants on timely manner.
Provide written reports, data and etc to JEOP team and commodity staff at head office and regional level constantly in the course of JEOP response program implementation.
Maintain a strong and smooth relationship with woreda and Kebele /Center level major stakeholders in planning and implementing the program
Maintain and demonstrate a decent and respectful manner in serving the target community and in interacting with the society in general.
Job Requirements:
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
BA/BSc Degree in Agric. Econ, Disaster Management, Rural Development, and Economics &Dev’s. Studies
Required Professional Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in relief and/or any emergency response program interventions implementation

2:-Commodity Stock Controller
Job Description:

Major Responsibility
Maintain a clear accounting and documentation process for each shipment
Monitor and review physical inventory of all secondary warehouses under his/her supervision for monthly reconciliation
Check all the receipt, dispatch, requisition pads, way bills, distribution center visit report, distribution lists and prepare the monthly Commodity Status Reports (CSR), Recipient Status Reports (RSR) and Loss Status Reports (LSR)
Work closely in close collaboration with field monitors and stock keepers
Collect all the receipts & issue summary and verify physical inventory of all warehouse
Enhance data integrity within the CTS system and ensure a smooth operation of the system.
Ensure all warehouses documents (physical inventory, stacking, ledger books and stack cards) well recorded and the balance reconciled each other.
Ensure that each commodity reports (CSR, RSR and LSR) are accurate and reliable for the completion of the monthly and quarterly reports
Ensure the required data at field level well organized and provided feedback appropriate action to be taken on time
Commodity book balances are checked timely & matched with the actual stock in the warehouses and explanations provided for any variances
Job Requirements:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management and any other related fields.
Required Professional Experience
Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a related position as Commodity Stock controller/accountant /Data clerk

3:Cashier
Job Description:
Major Responsibility
Effects approved cash payment, fuel coupons and any other
Handles cash collection and timely deposit in the bank
Prepares JEOP cash advances and petty cash replenishment
Prepares deposit voucher to record cash collection and deposits
Ensure proper reconciliation of physical count with bin cards and stock cards and report the results to the JEOP/Grant accountant regularly
As the cash custodian, he/she ensures safety deposit of financial assets, handles the material supplies according to the material management and finance guidelines of WVE
Report the likely risks to the store and properties therein before any damage occurs and report any damage or missing properties in the store immediately after incidence and seeks safe disposal as soon as possible.
Handles all bank matters except collecting check books, which have to be done by the accountants;
Assists the accountant in reconciling payment document, i.e. putting paid stamps on used receipts, invoices and rechecks the completeness of financial documents, approval signatures and attached financial documents
Job Requirements:

BA Degree in Accounting, Business and related field
Required Professional Experience
2 – 4 years of experience
Able to work with simple technical skills and deliver capacities to the position.
