Job Summary
- Corporate Relationship Manager IFB- DTS is responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of clients within the Domestic Trade Service sector by recommending or selling IFB Corporate Banking products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value-adding relationship with existing customers. In addition, the role holder is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, pursuing incremental business within the existing customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship and providing business advice that will benefit the client.
Experience
- Minimum of Eight (8) years relevant experience out of which two (2) years at middle or line management post.

Required Technical Competency
- A distinguished professional history demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Interest Free (Islamic) banking operation, IFB Deposit and Investment/Financing products and working knowledge Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB.
- Sound knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks.
- Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry to provide visionary guidance on strategic changes to drive performance.
- Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives.
- Project management skills.
