JOB SUMMERY
This role is responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives. A key part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results driven performance management culture, organizational development initiatives and ensuring staff motivation and creating conducive working environment. The jobholder will also provide oversight for the Bank’s security services
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Master’s Degree in Human resource, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, international trade or other Business related fields Or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or international trade and other Business related or equivalent with 8/10 years of banking experience (relevant experience in HR) respectively of which 3 years in a senior management/manager role
- Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages
