The Junior IT Helpdesk Officer is responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and other related activities.
Educational Qualification: BSC, BA in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information system, Information technology, MIS or related field of study.
Experience : 2 year of experience in relevant position preferably in the banking industry.
